District Survey- Your Input is Needed!

Hello, Cane Ridge cluster school staff. By way of introductions, my name is Allison D’Aurora, and I work in the Communications Department for Metro Schools. I work closely with Cam Wingfield, and he suggested I reach out to you about an engagement opportunity we just opened for staff, families, and community members. As you may know, Dr. Joseph and his leadership team are in the midst of writing their strategic plan. Throughout this process, they have been surveying the public to get input on this plan. Back in December, they invited public comment on the mission, vision, and core values statements, which the Board of Education has now finalized and approved. Now, we are working on determining the characteristics of a successful student and a great school. The draft statements are available online, and Dr. Joseph and his team have released a second survey to collect feedback on these characteristics. It is incredibly important to us that we hear from parents in this process, so we appreciate any way you can encourage your families to participate. But we also want to hear from staff as well.
