SIT Lead Title I Scheduling Updates
Emily Graves is the SIT Lead (School Improvement Team Lead) and FES (Family Engagement Specialist) for A.Z. Kelley ES. If you need information regarding Title I, please contact her at emily.graves@mnps.org or 941-7535 ext. 2110. The Community Room (located near the office at the front of the building) is open Monday- Thursday, and addtional days throughout the week. Please check the blog or voice recording for updated times and activities.

Hello and Happy New Year!
The final deadline for enrolling into the Affordable Care Act is quickly approaching. It is not too late to get information and sign-up. If you need assistance with enrollment or simply just have questions, there are two upcoming session this weekend.
January 11, 2014: Get Covered TN Metro Schools and the Collaborative of Healthcare Providers is sponsoring a session to assist families with information and enroll.
Location – Madison Middle School, 300 Old Hickory Blvd, 37215
Time - 9am - 11am
January 12, 2014: The Lake Providence Health Ministry, is hosting an informative workshop to assist the community with enrollment and information.
Location – Lake Providence Baptist Church, 5891 Nolensville Pike, 37211
Time - 1pm - 3pm
